2019 年 9 月 3 日 18:06:56 我购买了 “土耳其切达干酪潜水艇”，我回到家后就吃了它，然后照顾了我的杂货，所以那天晚上 8 点左右被吃掉了。在睡前，即 11:00 左右，我开始感到抽着重汽油抽筋。我没想太多，能够睡觉。第二天早上 5 点 55 分，我被可怕的抽筋惊醒了。我走进我的浴室，坐着哭着剧烈抽筋、恶心和发烧，祈求它结束一个多小时。它终于 “放松了”，抽筋消退了，但恶心和发烧仍然存在。在连续的抽筋和腹泻之间，我一整天都在床上很痛苦。到 2019 年 9 月 4 日晚上，我感觉发烧了，但抽筋和腹泻仍然存在。我喝了鸡汤和水，最后尝试在肉汤中加些米饭。尽管这让我在系统中有一些食物感觉更好，但它却很痛苦地回来了。今天，2019 年 9 月 6 日下午 6 点，这是我第一次感觉足够好地报告这种中毒。我今天再次尝试了米饭和肉汤，因为我感觉好多了一点，但是错误了，因为我现在回到肉汤和水。

9 月 3 日星期二下午 5 点左右，我订购了一份沙拉配牛 s，春季混合物，切达干酪，香菜，pico de gallo，酸奶油，烤胡椒粉和洋葱，奶油墨西哥胡椒酱，奶油墨西哥胡椒酱，牧场调味酱，鳄梨调味酱。第二天早上醒来时，我呕吐了很多次，腹泻和轻微发烧。我整天躺在床上。现在是 9 月 5 日早晨，我仍然有腹泻，感觉虚弱。

pretty sure i got sick from the broccoli cheddar soup, cause after that.. i was in the bathroom within 10 minutes.. close by where i work and a somewhat healthier choice than other places but never again  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心
