周六在 Applebee 餐厅吃了东方鸡肉沙拉作为晚餐。晚上 6 点左右吃了，到晚上 11 点我有腹泻、呕吐、抽筋和轻微发烧。第二天有同样的症状，但更加极端，加剧了严重的胃痛。不知道这些痛苦是食物中毒还是食物比普通的食物中毒更糟糕。周一整天都生病了，但仍然感觉很恶心。可能是周二去看医生，以了解我吃的东方鸡肉沙拉出了什么问题以及我生病了什么。

Ate around 7pm. Had the Santa Fe chicken salad. Had diarrhea about 2 hours later for about 2 hours. Other in my party did not get sick. I've had the salad many times without the diarrhea.  | 症状: 腹泻

我在 2017 年 11 月 5 日下午 4 点订购了西南烤鸡肉沙拉。晚上 10 点之前我开始出现肠痉挛和发烧/冷汗。第二天/晚上我有腹泻、发烧、发冷、出汗、不适。现在是 2017 年 5 月 13 日了，但我还不是 100％。我累了，有肠痉挛，感到精疲力尽和 “恶心”。

2. 5/12 at 11:00 pm and has continued through the evening.
3. Ate chicken salad bowl with pico and guacamole
