Ate a chicken salad bowl around noon. By 3, had severe stomach cramps/pain and nausea. By 4:30 I was vomitted twice. Followed by diarreah for the remainder of the evening. So awful!!  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

2017 年 3 月 8 日，我在圣安东尼奥奇波特尔市中心吃了鸡肉沙拉。我加了酸奶油、玉米莎莎、切碎的奶酪、番茄绿色莎莎、烤蔬菜和平托豆。大约 4 小时后（下午 4 点左右）我开始经历胃痉挛和不适。到下午 6 点，我经历了衰弱的痉挛、冷出汗和腹泻。大约一个小时（晚上 7 点）后，我经历了干起来和突然呕吐。由于腹痛和剧烈的头痛，我考虑前往急诊室，但决定等待，因为我还没有出现脱水症状。腹泻、出汗、呕吐和呼吸持续整个晚上。这些太糟糕了，我不能离开厕所，不得不睡在浴室的地板上。由于感觉虚弱，我还必须报告工作时生病。早上腹泻和呕吐，但胃部不适和虚弱持续了大约 2 天。

I ate a chicken salad bowl with guacamole, corn salsa and brown rice. 30 minutes after I finished it I started getting a stomach ache then I had to run to the bathroom in pain. I started having diarrhea while vomiting at the same time.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

7月11日（7月11日）午餐时购买烤鸡肉沙拉。里面有半个相当小的半个煮鸡蛋，上面还有一吨千个岛屿调味料可以是酸的... 所以当我吃鸡蛋的时候，我有片刻 “嘿，味道好笑吗？”还是敷料有点多？为时已晚；中期吞咽意味着我真的无法进一步评估它。我在烤鸡里吃得更远然后注意到下面的生菜边缘变褐了...我停止进食然后把它扔掉了，但是除了果岭之外，我已经消耗了大部分内容物。好吧，3-4 小时后我腹痛、出汗、腹泻和呕吐了大约 8 个小时。其中大部分是剧烈的干起伏。现在差不多 24 小时后，我仍然有水样腹泻和残留的胃痉挛，但能够保持液体减少。
