我不知道这是不是他们的错，所以我很犹豫要举报。昨晚我吃了炸薯条和德州墨西哥沙拉（带 OUT 鸡肉和额外的奶酪）后感觉还不错。但是孩子今天早上我病了。吃完了 8 个小时了，但是在这段时间里我没有其他食物。没有发烧，没有腹泻。我打电话给 911 太可怕了，它来得这么快，感觉多么可怕，所以我很担心。呕吐有帮助，小睡也是如此。我发冷了大约 3 个小时。受访者说，食物中毒通常包括腹泻。我对这家餐厅的评价很高，我喜欢他们的食物和服务，我不知道这是否是他们的责任，但我看到其他人也有类似的报道

2 月 14 日晚上 8 点 29 分，我收到了来自 Subway 的订单。除此之外，我还订购了一个 12 英寸的鸡肉、培根、牧场三明治组合，我还订购了一个 sprite 和一小袋火烈鸟热 Cheetos。我开始吃了一半的三明治然后把剩下的留给以后。吃完三明治大约一两个小时后，我开始经历非常糟糕的胃痉挛。腹泻后。大约 5-6 小时后的凌晨 2 点 30 分，我去了洗手间，因为胃痉挛变得如此严重，以至于我无法入睡。然后当我再次使用洗手间时，我也扔掉了。之后我立刻感到宽慰。大约 3 个小时后我回到床上起床准备工作，但仍然感到不安，意识到所有东西还没有超出我的系统，这导致我错过了一天的工作。现在是 2 月 17 日星期日了，我仍然感受到不良食物的影响。食物不会停留下来。

Lunch on Tuesday Feb 12th. Within a couple of hours the vomiting & diarrhea started, lasted for rest of the evening and overnight. Last vomit the next afternoon. Had fried chicken, mashed potatoes, pepperoni pizza  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

我吃了炸鸡翅、通心粉、奶酪和红薯 souflee... 到午夜 12 点，我的胃痉挛非常严重。快进到星期六 2/16/219 我是我病过的最严重的... 发烧，发冷。腹泻，头痛，恶心，一次几乎无法站起来十分钟。胃痛太可怕了。

我正在为我的哥哥举报这件事。他说他在粗壮的 6:14 吃了小鸡 fil-a。他吃了菜单上的 5 号鸡肉三明治，症状始于 8 点左右。他有严重的胃痛、发冷、腹泻、头痛、呕吐和疼痛。他告诉他，当我点菜的时候，他们甚至在他付完钱之前就已经准备好了。

我要求和经理谈谈，因为服务太好了！我祈祷这不是我食物中毒的地方，但这确实是我唯一与平常一天不同的事情。我吃了意大利蔬菜通心粉汤和鸡肉鳄梨沙拉，午餐时间还很早，大约 10 点半。那天晚上我疼痛最严重，抽筋和肠道运动，然后是腹泻和水。这种情况每 1-2 分钟持续一次，持续 2 个小时，就像生孩子一样，但在另一端。我害怕在家里吃任何东西，我再也不想有这种感觉了，如果没有其他报道，我可以假设它是来自别的东西。
