周日教堂结束后吃了热鸡沙和斐济苹果沙拉。
星期一，我开始出现抽筋以及腹部和腰部不适，然后是那天晚上出现轻度腹泻。
我消耗了一些我随身携带的木炭来战胜出现的恶心。
第二天，腹泻和抽筋持续存在，我食用了益生菌。周三，由于多次去洗手间排水和未消化的食物，情况恶化了。轻微的寒战。
我服用了更多的木炭和益生菌，现在，星期四，我看到略有改善。

7/9/17 symptoms started the next morning. I ate fried chicken, mashed potatoes and coleslaw. Vomiting and diarrhea lasted 24 hours, fever lasted 48 hours. Had to be hospitalized due to pregnancy.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
