01/22/18。在工作会议上。我们在酒店的餐厅用餐，供应。我订购了鸡肉，但不得不退货，因为我没有要求辣椒酱。几个小时后，我正在呕吐，出现了广泛的腹泻，伴有发烧和抽筋。这种情况每 30 分钟持续六个小时。回想起来，我应该去医院。第二天我错过了会议，因为我太虚弱了，甚至无法起床。幸运的是我有一个亲爱的朋友住在印地，她给我带了一些液体。第三天我不得不飞回自己的家乡。我又三天没吃东西了，只有饼干和液体。太糟糕了。我再也不会去那家餐厅了。曾经。我想我还受到创伤。我这辈子从来没有这么生病过。

I had a combination platter #3 on Feb 3rd of chicken enchilada (verde), chile relleno, chicken flauta, beans and rice. 4 hours later the explosive diarrhea and cramps began and was relentless for 8 hours. The next day I had several more episodes and was not right again until 1 week later.  | 症状: 腹泻

昨天我去了智利，像往常一样点了一个草莓玛格丽塔酒和去骨鸡翅。翅膀出来几分钟后，我决定我还有点饿，然后点了一小碗辣椒和牛肉。由于服务器之间的沟通不畅，我很快就收到了它。第一汤匙辣椒尝起来很平常，但我注意到肉的质地既耐嚼又陈旧。我没注意到问题，因为食物很香，有典型的辣椒味。我完成了小碗和偶然送给我的第二个碗。当我回到家时，我什么都没吃，然后上床睡觉了。我半夜醒来然后呕吐。即使加热器在爆炸，我仍在发抖，我感到恶心。直到清晨我才回来睡觉。下午左右我起床是因为我有工作并且感到不适。我又吐了一遍，我的呕吐物闻起来像腐烂的辣椒。然后我去洗手间得了腹泻。我洗澡然后用水服用了阿司匹林，因为我的胃很受伤。我喝了几杯水是因为我感到口渴，但是几分钟后就把它扔掉了；水被辣椒的气味和颜色污染了。我最终打电话请病假去上班，在去智利的一个晚上后仍然感到胃痛。

I’m hoping this is the right address, it’s for the sonic down the road from burger king. I’ve tried the boneless wings twice, both times made me projectile vomit within minutes. just got done puking, felt sick after 1 sweet chile wing, done going there  | 症状: 呕吐
