2016 年 2 月 15 日下午 5 点 15 分左右，我吃了一个玉米片，里面只有肉、奶酪和酸奶油。下午 6 点我的胃开始受伤。到 6 点 15 分，我的身体到处都感觉像针头和针头一样，我开始呕吐并出现腹泻。我变得昏昏欲睡，视力模糊。我的身体出汗了，我有胸痛和胃痛。我被带到 ER 去找液体和电解质。ER 在凌晨 2 点 15 分释放了我。

I got the fajita which I think that that's what it's called it was just steak and shrimp on a skillet but the sour cream when I order chips as an appetizer tasted very off and funky that might've been what has upset my stomach but today's the second day and I still feel awful  | 症状: 腹泻
