I ate a sub at 3:30 pm and noticed a fly flying around the contents but didn’t pay any mind. The sub had salami, spicy salami, Swiss cheese, lettuce, tomato, pickles, and onions. Also had a double chocolate cookie after. And the fountain water they had there had stuff in it.  | 症状: 腹泻

昨晚（2018 年 4 月 4 日）我男朋友给我买了 Carl's Jr 5 美元组合全明星餐。这是一个双层芝士汉堡、辣鸡肉三明治、薯条、巧克力曲奇和雪碧苏打水。
起初我很好，然后那天晚上晚些时候我的胃开始受伤非常严重。我有严重的 diaherra、不间断的呕吐、寒战，我甚至因为痛苦而哭了。我的骨头受伤了，我无法移动。老实说，我只是想死。
现在是第二天，我还在痛苦中，今天早上我在呕吐（很多），但我还有严重的 diaherra。我的骨头受伤了，我几乎无法说话。现在我不确定我能不能去医院。

昨晚订购了饼干面团和布朗尼疯狂大师爆炸作为甜点。注意到布朗尼的味道很糟糕，而且饼干面团比平常甜。因此我不能全部吃完，我吃完了大概三分之一的中等杯子，吃完后我的胃就开始受伤了。那是晚上 10 点左右，我吃了一些阿司匹林然后去睡觉。现在已经是早上 7 点了，从早上 6 点 17 分开始我一直在上厕所，我的胃痛使我醒来。疼痛很严重，我快要哭了。我已经决定我不会吃冰淇淋不再是音速了。注意安全

3 月 30 日在我的教堂举行耶稣受难日礼拜后，我大约晚上 7 点去了弗吉尼亚州弗吉尼亚海滩北伯德内克路的麦当劳。很遗憾，我没有收据。我回家了在十五分钟之内，我变得非常恶心。我得了爆炸性腹泻。然后我不得不弯腰然后在厕所里呕吐。这持续了大约五分钟。我很臃肿。我的肚子很痛。我呕吐的材料里有鱼片。对不起图形细节。我一直在吃鱼片时没问题。我再也不会再吃一个了实际上，我现在只能去麦克唐纳购买 1 美元的饮料，也许还有一两个饼干（如果它们没有被烧坏和坚硬的话）。
谢谢你的平台。在过去的一个月中，有 4 家麦克唐纳已经关闭。我也不知道为什么。他们是我经常光顾的人，我认为他们过得很好。我猜不是！谢谢你的平台！
