我工作很多，所以我并不总是有时间定期吃饭，所以午休时间我去了 whataburger（我以前吃过很多次），我总是得到同样的东西。2 块鸡肉条儿童餐配大鱼苗，雪碧和巧克力曲奇饼干。但是一两个小时后我感觉不太舒服。我当时有严重的腹部痉挛和腹泻（太糟糕了，我不得不离开工作）回家后注意到我很冷而且发抖，即使外面是 98 度。我检查了自己的体温，然后惊讶于我正在运行 103°！！

I ate around 11:30 today. I got the broccoli cheddar soup in the bread bowl. I also got a side of chips and a chocolate chip cookie. I started to experience pains in my stomach around 1:00.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

Had lunch at the Subway at WinterGarden Vineland rd in the Lake Burden retail center Windermere, FL. and within 30 minutes had diarrhea. I had the meat ball marinara 6 inch on white with onions lettuce american cheese mayo and salt n peper. I also had a Double Chocolate cookie  | 症状: 腹泻
