昨天，2018 年 12 月 30 日，我正在吃奶酪墨西哥玉米饼配鳄梨调味酱和酸奶油，这是我从德克萨斯州达拉斯市 75228 的 Taco Cabana 购买的 9210 E. R. Thornton Fwy。我在沙发上睡着了，但是醒来时胃里有抽筋的感觉，喉咙里有酸性的感觉。我马上跑到洗手间然后开始呕吐。整个晚上，直到下午 2 点，呕吐仍在继续，胃里还有抽筋的感觉。

I ate a reindeer ice cream yesterday night after my meal and got sick all night. The symptoms started at 2am (nausea and stomach cramps with diarrhoea). My boyfriend ate the same meal without the ice cream and wasn't sick.

12 月 22 日在这个 Chipotle 吃了。我丈夫和我都有鸡肉碗-通常我们有大米、黑豆、奶酪、酸奶油、鳄梨调味酱、生菜和鸡肉。吃完大约四个小时后上床睡觉时，我们都感到不安和抽筋。不久之后醒来时出现恶心、呕吐、腹泻、发冷。这持续了我们俩大约 24 个小时（我丈夫在 12 月 23 日傍晚时分感觉好多了-到 12 月 24 日早上我感觉还不错）。在我们生病的时候，有时是每小时 8 次以上。至少一天之后，我们都脱水和疲劳。我们的孩子也和我们一起吃饭（奶酪玉米饼和酸奶油）-他们很好（孩子们总是在我们之前或之后生病-这是第一次没有）。记不起来上次我们俩都病得很重了。

On 12/23 around 6:00 PM bought Cream of broccoli cheese soup under their heated lamp section. Around midnight woke up with diarrhea and vomiting - lasted 2 days - thru all of Xmas Eve thru late in the afternoon of Christmas day - still have slight diarrhea.
