At dinner at 6pm on Saturday Oct 20th. Ate onion soup shrimp veggies chicken and filet mignon. Started feeling sick at 830pm and experienced vomiting and diarrhea for 24+ hours. Husband and I both had same symptoms.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

我们在 2018 年 3 月 24 日晚上 8 点左右吃了。我男朋友有菲力牛排，我有鸡肉马德拉。他回到家，几个小时后，他的腹部痉挛/疼痛是他一生中最严重的腹部痉挛/疼痛，几乎快要流下眼泪了。当他的食物出来时，他订购的食物中等不错，结果相当粉红色，超出了应有的水平。我们不想把它寄回去，因为我们的女服务员看起来已经压力很大，心情不好，所以我们不想看起来像个麻烦。她只来过几次来检查我们，但前几天，服务根本不是很好。

Ate at 1pm. Had salad bar, (Caesar salad, Caesar dressing, mozzarella, tomatoes, Parmesan, 1 slice prosciutto, slice of bread). Also had mashed potatoes and four pieces of meat: 2 bacon wrapped filet, filet mignon, lamb chop.
