我们在 2018 年 3 月 24 日晚上 8 点左右吃了。我男朋友有菲力牛排，我有鸡肉马德拉。他回到家，几个小时后，他的腹部痉挛/疼痛是他一生中最严重的腹部痉挛/疼痛，几乎快要流下眼泪了。当他的食物出来时，他订购的食物中等不错，结果相当粉红色，超出了应有的水平。我们不想把它寄回去，因为我们的女服务员看起来已经压力很大，心情不好，所以我们不想看起来像个麻烦。她只来过几次来检查我们，但前几天，服务根本不是很好。

Ate at 1pm. Had salad bar, (Caesar salad, Caesar dressing, mozzarella, tomatoes, Parmesan, 1 slice prosciutto, slice of bread). Also had mashed potatoes and four pieces of meat: 2 bacon wrapped filet, filet mignon, lamb chop.

像往常一样，我在柜台买了一些碎牛肉和菲力牛排。菲力不如往常好，但我还是吃了，我的孩子们吃了碎牛肉。在把碎牛肉送给孩子之前，我尝过碎牛肉，看起来还可以（没关系，本来可以更好）。几个小时后，我的一个孩子生病了（呕吐多次至少 24 小时），然后我和我的另一个孩子真的生病了，在几个小时内呕吐了很多次，感觉虚弱，脱水了 24 小时。只有我的素食丈夫没有生病，所以我们就是这样认为这是牛肉的原因，因为在那次活动之前我们绝对健康和健康。另外，据我记得，那天在柜台为我服务的那个人没有戴任何手套。我什么也没对他说但我很惊讶...
