2 月 8 日星期五下午 5 点左右最后一次在工作中吃了豌豆和薄荷汤，安全且新鲜制作。那天晚上晚些时候出去过夜（没有酒精）吃了一个盛大的 bigmac 培根没有洋葱，只有 1 个奶酪。凌晨 3 点左右感到恶心，冲上厕所，整个早上其余时间都呕吐，严重的胃痛/痉挛和 diahrrea。现在是 2 月 11 日星期一凌晨 3 点，肚子碎成碎片发出可怕的声音，好像外星人在里面一样，diahrea 好像我正在准备结肠镜检查。这只是更糟糕的感觉我想你不会因为吃汉堡而感到恶心，这太恶心了，我的身体感觉虚弱和脆弱。头痛很激烈，胃痉挛断断续续。

Horrible nausea since the meal of a gross weird turkey burger wrapped in lettuce. Tomato was mealy and rotten so I pulled that out. Only ate part of the meal. Had fries from the non-allergen fryer. A few hours later I had rapid heart beat severe nausea and diarrhea and vomiting.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

订购的食物-炸鸡配原味酱、饺子、各种泡菜、炒饭、薯条、凉拌卷心菜

自从我们分享了一堆食物以来，我无法确定是什么原因导致我生病。食物味道都很好，没人注意到食物有什么问题。睡着了大约三个小时后因胃痛醒来。试图忽略它，但这变得徒劳无功。也许应该呕吐才能把它从我的系统中拿出来，但我讨厌呕吐。我早上醒来后不得不再次上厕所。

吃了玉米片薯条、切西大米和豆卷饼、切碎的迷你鸡肉墨西哥玉米饼、crunch wrap supreme 已经多次在洗手间里了，截至现在凌晨 4 点 43 分，实际上是今天早些时候出事了我前面有人生病了我 5 岁的儿子，我让他走了他被抱怨关于抽筋，我的另外两个男孩选择在街对面吃麦当劳，相反，他们是 8 岁和 7 岁我在女朋友喂我儿子的时候走过街对面，他们很好，女朋友刚才说她整天都在抽筋就是这样
