当天晚些时候，我整夜都感到恶心、头痛和肚子受伤。我也有腹泻。我喝了一些姜汁汽水来平静我的胃。第二天我感觉好多了。

我想到了在餐厅里的人和坐在一起的几个人没有点菜。他们只有咖啡。我很好奇他们为什么只喝咖啡，却没想太多。现在我可能知道为什么了。

2 月 11 日星期日订购了姜红咖喱。从星期一晚上开始生病了。弹丸呕吐和排便 7 小时。低级发烧。在服用电解质粉（Pedialyte）帮助之前，四肢非常虚弱。在我可以再吃东西的前一天，只有在弹丸弹射出大约 7 个小时后才能压住水。星期二下班了，非常不舒服。截至昨天（星期三），虽然疲软，但感觉好多了。今天（星期四）有点累，发烧有所下降。

星期二（18 年 1 月 30 日），我从威尼斯的全食市场买了一些食物。我从沙拉吧吃了一份沙拉（生菜、西红柿、胡萝卜、黄瓜、豌豆、烤豆腐、烤布鲁塞尔芽菜配香醋汁）和蓝莓烤饼。星期三早上，我头疼得很厉害，此后不久就开始呕吐。呕吐持续了几个小时，包括干燥的沉重物。我甚至无法忍受一口水。到一天结束时，我可以忍受干吐司和姜汁汽水。另外，我的腿非常疼痛。两天后，我的食欲没有恢复（虽然我可以吃汤和饼干）我仍然觉得需要休息。
