我儿子吃了平托豆（仅此而已），我丈夫吃了墨西哥卷饼（牛排、奶酪、pintos、热莎莎、奶酪、生菜），还有炸玉米饼（面粉玉米饼、肉饼、奶酪、pintos、辣酱）生菜。我们都有严重的抽筋，我和我丈夫有腹泻和 “着火” 的紧急排便。就像热辣的莎莎没消化一样-很痛苦！！！！我儿子整天都在恶心。

12:30 吃了午饭，3 点后不久就开始感到不适。呕吐了很多次，腹泻非常水样。抽筋，虚弱，头痛。，今天有特别的海鲜午餐。我觉得鱿鱼有点不寻常的令人不快的味道，但是辣酱掩盖了它  | 症状: 呕吐, 弱点, 抽筋, 头痛, 腹泻

At 9:30pm, Ate a salad with lettuce, white rice, black beans, Barbacoa, corn, pico, and salsa verde w/ dressing.
At 2:15 AM woke w/ nausea, fever, vomiting and diarrhea. Continued every hour until 6:00am. Now at 9:30 AM only nausea and diarrhea remain.

Had chicken burrito with brien rice,black beans, hot sauce, corn, and cheese. Ate half at the restaurant and felt a little rough but not enough to complain about it.
