Had lunch at 12:30, started feeling sick shortly after 3. Vomited many times, had very watery diarrhea. Cramps, weakness, headache., There was a lunch special with seafood today. At 9:30pm, Ate a salad with lettuce, white rice, black beans, Barbacoa, corn, pico, and salsa verde w/ dressing.
At 2:15 AM woke w/ nausea, fever, vomiting and diarrhea. Continued every hour until 6:00am. Now at 9:30 AM only nausea and diarrhea remain.
