Regular Italian sub, mikes way, no oil, relish instead of mayo. Told my wife at the time that the sandwich didn't taste good. Bread was soaked with vinegar. Cramping started three hours later, diarrhea about five hours later. Vomiting 10 hours later. Felt like a softball was… 更多

我在 3 点到 4 点左右进去，早上没吃任何东西，我订购了一英尺长的意大利面包，里面有烤鸡肉、意大利辣香肠、培根、美国奶酪、菠菜、黑橄榄、蛋黄酱、油、醋、盐和胡椒粉。吃完潜水艇后，大约下午 6 点左右，我开始感觉到剧烈的抽筋我什么也没想到，但是现在晚上 11 点症状变得更加严重，现在我有寒战，可怕的腹泻，没有食欲。

Went to the subway owned by pilot in Mt. Sterling, apparently a car had run into their back food prep area, they had plywood protecting it from the outside. Not sure if maybe this has something to do with the food I had from there being deathly… 更多

I ate lunch at 2:30, an Italian BMT on Italian herb and cheese. I added spinach, red onion and sweet onion sauce. 45 minutes later, back at my job and then the bathroom issues start. I visited the bathroom 4 times that day and evacuated the contents of my stomach twice.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

下午 5:30 左右，我在帕玛森牛至的 Spicy Italian 餐厅用辣椒杰克奶酪、菠菜、番茄、红酒醋和盐和胡椒粉。之后不久就得到了不舒服的气体，然后在凌晨 4 点左右腹泻真的很糟糕。坏气和腹泻一整天都在持续，并且仍在进行中（现在是晚上 8:30）。
