我们昨晚 8 点吃了。我有一个 6 英寸的意大利火腿，里面有生菜、番茄、洋葱、淡蛋黄酱和 Vigarette。我的丈夫和女儿在一英尺长的牛排和奶酪（provolone）上分享了培根、生菜、盐和胡椒粉。

晚上 10 点我的肚子感到不安。今天早上我的肚子有点痛。我告诉我丈夫他也回答了他的情况。当我问我的女儿时，她也有胃痛。

我们吃的唯一普通的东西是生菜！

Ordered a 6 inch Spivey Italian at apex 7:40pm on 10/23/2019. Several hours later I woke to severe vomiting, fever, shakes, dry heaves for hours until the sandwich was out of my stomach. After, more fever then chills, more dry heaving nothing but spit followed by diarrhea… 更多

我和我的伴侣昨天早上 10 点左右吃了，这就是我们当天忙碌的一天所拥有的一切。今天早上我因胃痛、冷汗呕吐和 dioreiah 醒来。我的伴侣目前面临同样的症状。

我们都有鸡肉和培根牧场，用意大利香草和奶酪。搭配生菜胡萝卜和红洋葱。

I ate at 2 pm and got an Italian BMT with American cheese, light onion, lettuce and spinach with Mayo and Oregeno. I was eating on my lunch break and within 20 minutes I had instant diarrhea that has continued all day with sthomac pains,cramps,etc  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 抽筋

我在 2019 年 11 月 10 日上午 11 点左右去了，订购了一个辛辣的意大利潜艇，里面有生菜、番茄、香蕉辣椒和蛋黄酱。那天晚上 6 点左右，我开始发冷和出汗，还有恶心。在 30 分钟内，我出现了严重的腹部痉挛和发烧，然后是腹泻。这种情况一直持续到今天（2019年10月13日），我确实注意到他们没有像大多数商店那样覆盖所有食物。我总是订购这件商品，从来没有遇到过任何问题，但这是我第一次也是最后一次去这家商店。另外-黄色奶酪看起来很旧，好像坐得太久了，他们的西红柿看起来像出来太久一样糊状。
