我们晚上 7 点左右吃了（生日晚餐，哈哈）。尽管周五晚上的晚餐很忙，但我们收到食物的速度还是相当快的（可能距离订购不到 10 分钟）。我点了路易斯安那州的鸡肉意大利面，我的女朋友点了工厂的玉米片，然后我们分享了一块柠檬覆盆子芝士蛋糕。到晚上 11 点，我感觉肿了，有很多气体，变成了腹泻、发烧、（暴力）呕吐、发冷、抽筋等。我们最终来到了 UrurgentCare（谢谢 SLC 的山间医疗诊所），并与 ZOFRAN 一起开始了静脉注射。我出现第一个症状已经 24 小时了，感觉几乎没有好转。

I bought a Lemon Peoper rotisserie chicken about 7pm Monday 12/19, and ate it at 8:15. The next morning I had major diarrhea that lasted all day and the next morning (right now). I expect it to continue. I feel hot and cold and nauseous.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

Saturday December 3, 2016. Sweet tea (no lemon), mixed vegetables, green beans, pecan crusted catfish. 12 hours later (no interim meals) awakened with severe stomach cramps, followed by nausea, diarrhea, & fever. Subsided after 24 hours, but still queasy with cramping.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧

我和妻子上周四，2 月 4 日下午 6 点左右出去约会，然后我们将在 Minot 参观您在 Minot 的橄榄园共进晚餐。当我们到达酒吧时，我们坐在酒吧里是因为要花很长时间才能在餐厅边坐下来。
