像往常一样有我的素食俱乐部（我不吃肉）。除了我早上在工作中全新开的一些黑巧克力棉花糖饼干外，整天都没吃任何东西。
下午 5 点左右在家吃三明治。因为我感觉不舒服，和我的孩子睡了一下。晚上 8 点左右，我正在呕吐，腹泻，腰部和膝盖都在杀死我。
喝了些茶加生姜和柠檬。午夜醒来呕吐，之后我太虚弱了，无法喝任何东西。凌晨 5 点醒来，差点变成疼痛、腹泻和眩晕。
在一小杯水中取出 12 滴 5％ 的碘，立即感觉好转（3-5 分钟）。
没有再呕吐了，病情稳定了。
早上 8 点一直在水中服用碘。
