在大阪的过去 24 小时里，在 Glico Man 东北部的道顿堀的一家拉面店吃晚饭，无法记得或找不到名字。洗手间闻起来有呕吐的味道，可能是感染部位。

第二天，在乘火车去高野山之前，在 Familymart 上市了金枪鱼蛋黄酱汤圆和绿茶。直到中午左右感觉还不错，当时我注意到食欲不振和胃痉挛，在 1400 点之前呕吐，在返回大阪的火车上剩下的时间里感到恶心。住在 Rakuten Stay Hostel，在被腹泻醒来后又买了呕吐物。

Friendly service however a terrible rotting smell. The burgers tasted funny but myself and other individual were profusely sick, to the point of needing medical care, about 4-5 hours after eating the sandwiches that both had mayo on them. This is unacceptable and unsanitary for the Walmart… 更多

On 3/19 around 11 AM I got a turkey and bacon sandwich with mayo, lettuce and cucumbers on a wheat sub. Additionally I got a pickle. Later that day around 7 PM I started feeling unwell. Over the next few hours I had diarrhea, nausea and vomiting.  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐, 恶心

I ate a beach club unwich, no mayo. I also ate part of a pickle. I could tell after a couple bites that the pickle was rotten. I believe I became ill from the pickle. I did call the location this morning to report the issue but… 更多

We had a 12in turkey on italian herb and cheese with cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomato, cucumber, pickles, hot peppers, and mayo. We were both vomiting and nauseous starting about 8 hours after eating the sandwich.  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐

Ordered 3 mini fillet burgers with regular mayo and 1 piece snack box (thigh)

和我妻子一起去了 hibachi。我有牛排和虾她有鸡肉。我们俩都吃了汤，但只有我吃了带蛋黄酱的沙拉。

大约 3 个小时后，我开始感到痉挛和虚弱，随后很快就有呕吐的冲动。现在大约 36 个小时后我已经变得抽筋和出汗了。

我过去几次在这家餐厅吃过饭（在他们的旧地点），这是我第一次遇到这个问题。
