我在感恩节前的星期二吃了 Panera 西兰花和切达干酪汤，奇怪的是，第二天我回到了 Panera，当时我开始感觉非常难过，腹泻然后扔到外面，然后整晚都在继续。就在昨天我回去吃了法式洋葱汤。开车回家的路上立刻开始感到难过，几个小时后胃痉挛开始了，我开始呕吐，晚上和晚上都有腹泻。Pepto Bismal 似乎有帮助。

Had a 6 inch ham & turkey (toasted) w/ mozzarella, lettuce, tomato, onion, cucumber, & mayo. About 5-7 hours later began feeling extremely nauseous and light headed, causing me to throw up. I will not be eating Subway (or at least at this particular location) for a while.  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐
