我在 10 月 5 日星期五订购了 2 个披萨，一个只是奶酪和香肠，另一个是奶酪香肠、蘑菇和青椒。每个吃了蘑菇和青椒的人都生病了。2 最终进入了急诊室。医院证实是食物中毒所有吃那个比萨饼的人都发烧呕吐腹泻疲劳恶心虚弱和头晕。

订购了素食披萨（墨西哥胡椒、洋葱、橄榄、青椒和蘑菇），然后在晚上 8 点左右吃了三片。我和我的男朋友半夜醒来时凌晨 1 点和凌晨 2 点 40 分出现腹泻。这与我的 IBS 症状非常相似，所以直到我的男朋友告诉我他有同样的问题之前，我什么也没想到。现在是早上 8 点了，包括抽筋在内我们还有麻烦。我们俩唯一吃的是多米诺骨牌。
