I ordered a steak, white rice and chowmein meal on 7/22. The next morning I was violently ill throwing up and diarrhea. I required hospitalization for my symptoms and doctors believe it was this meal that made me sick.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

Ate at 8:30 PM, Mongolian Beef, white rice, potstickers, and egg roll. Woke up at 2 AM with cramps and my body started to purge. Still have diarrhea and had a serious bout of vomiting that at 3 AM until my stomach was empty. It was the only food that I ate all day.  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐, 其他, 抽筋
