吃了一部分蛋卷（猪肉）和少量合法的海鲜螃蟹/海鲜浓汤，两者都在取样。大约 7-8 小时后开始感到恶心，然后在大约 4 小时后开始出现腹泻、抽筋和呕吐。整晚都用同样的东西起床。否则，只吃昨天在家准备的食物，我没问题地吃过。

Ate verlittle that day. At lubch had a sping roll and fish tacos. 12 hours later 48 hours of misery began. Something didnt quite seem right about the tacos...maybe the temperature. Should have sent them back...the a"gut" sometimes knows.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐

I bought sushi (shrimp tempura roll) last night around 5:45 pm at the Plaza America Whole Foods. I took it home and ate it right away. I woke up at 1:30 am with terrible nausea and vomited twice throughout the night.  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐

2016 年 11 月 10 日星期二上午 11:00-11:15 之间，我在伊纳拉经过了肯德基的车程。我订购了一个装有所有普通物品的普通终极盒子，然后选择了一个原始的作品，百事可乐最大喝一杯，然后把马铃薯肉汁换成了肉汁，还用这个订购了一份晚餐卷。我 12 点回家吃了这顿饭。（在这顿饭之前我没有食用液体或食物，而且处于正常的健康状况）。肯德基之后我没吃任何其他食物。到了下午 5 点，当我在布里斯班市中心时，我开始感到恶心，腹痛，头痛并感到发热。当我开车回家的时候，我真的开始觉得自己要呕吐然后拿出一个塑料袋，当我开车的时候我开始呕吐是晚上 6 点，我就在森林湖的家附近。之后，我几乎每 45 分钟就会呕吐一次，直到晚上 11 点 30 分上床睡觉。我实际上可以看到鸡肉出来了，在所有产品中，我认为这是原始的 recepie 鸡块。在此期间我也开始腹泻，还需要每 45 分钟去洗手间一次。这正成为一个非常痛苦的过程，现在是晚上 8 点，医生关门了，所以我打电话给外班医生 13 SICK 直到晚上 10 点 45 分医生才能到达，因为我完全不舒服，我等着，医生来检查了我的呼吸和体温，这不是一个令人担忧的问题，医生诊断我患有病毒性胃肠炎。我可以 100％ 认为这是肯德基消耗的食物造成的。

I ate August 21, 2016 around 1pm. I had a chicken egg roll, fried rice, brocilli and beef and orange chicken. The veggies where not cooked!!! The orange chicken was old and smelled weird. It was so old my sister came from down the hall asking me what smelt spoiled.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐
