Ate a Barbacoa bowl on Saturday around 3 with veggies, brown rice, black beans, sour cream and hot salsa. Started feeling sick Sunday morning with severe muscle aches, nausea, and fever. Had a burrito bowl at 525 market. Chicken, fajitas, mild salsa, hot salsa, corn salsa, sourcream, cheese, lettuce. On Monday 3/19. Got vomitting, diarrhea, fever following day. Was hospitalized the day after that, required 4 one liter bags of iv and a round of antibiotics.

2018 年 3 月 5 日星期一，我吃了这个 Chipotle 的卷饼，2 天后我住院并被诊断患有沙门氏菌食物中毒！在沙门氏菌感染显示症状的 12 至 72 小时内，这是我唯一吃的外面食物（周一半午餐。周二半午餐。微波炉用 3 分钟）。我也是高度杀菌性，总是洗手，当我在家做饭时，请使用适当的清洁和卫生。食物中毒太糟糕了，以至于它关闭了我的 GALBLADDER，我必须做手术才能将其移除。我已经失去工作了 2 个星期，还在痛苦中。卷饼是牛排、黑豆、白米、奶酪、玉米莎莎、酸奶油。在我正在采取法律行动时，我想知道有没有其他人从这里生病。
