我有一个 barbacoa 墨西哥卷饼，里面有奶酪，西红柿，黑豆，热莎莎，酸奶油。我的男朋友吃牛排，没有酸奶油，没有番茄（这与我们的饭菜唯一不同）。我们星期六下午 5 点吃了东西，两个小时后我立即出现了恶心。回家吐了起来然后开始发烧并切断胃痉挛。第二天我的发烧上升到 102 次，仍然有呕吐和严重的恶心，现在脱水了，无法起床。终于在星期一去了紧急护理，感觉好多了，周三将恢复工作。

I am very nauseas and have vomitin since 7am this morning. I had a steak bowl w sour cream, mild and medium salsa, cheese, and quac last night at 8:30 pm. I have been throwing up all day and have felt very nauseas. I can barely even move. Never going to chipotle again ever!  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐
