I ate mcdonalds for breakfast got the sausage mcgriddle which was a piece of bread that had their lame excuse for syrup in it and a small sausage patty and than I went to work and couldn't go home even though I was throwing up in the back because we were busy  | 症状: 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

Saturday morning, I had the sausage egg snd cheese taquito, fiance had the biscuits and gravy.
Sunday afternoon, I had the sweet and spicy bacon burger, fiance had the patty melt. Monday morning, we both were running to the restroom. Diarrhea and constant urges for days now.  | 症状: 腹泻

Veal Marsala pasta side, and lentil sausage soup. 12hrs later severe diarrhea. No help from lorotidine. Almost 24 hrs later still can't tolerate any clear liquids. No vomiting or fever.  | 症状: 腹泻
