12/27/19 had 2 piece fish basket with potato wedges, hush puppies, and diet soda. It was the worse food I have ever eaten from there. Everything was completely dry even having to wait a long period of time for it. Ate at 2PM by 6PM was vomiting.  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐

在 3 个盆水槽区域手洗水槽中观察到的旧食物残留物；在 3 个水槽中观察到活鼠并在冰箱/冰柜区域行走；食物准备区的苏打水盒和泥浆糖浆盒上观察到老鼠粪便，驱动器中未使用的汽水分配器的下柜内积累了老鼠粪直通区域、两个直通区域的表面和货架上、食物准备区域和公用设施壁橱地板周边；顾客等候区、食品设施的门和外开口没有防止昆虫、啮齿动物和其他动物进入。门周围观察到缝隙；停车场的排水管似乎堵塞了。停车场里的水正在积聚和冻结；在石油垃圾箱周围的地面上观察到冰冻的残留物。

该机构获得了停止运营令，并被要求立即停止食品业务。该机构至少无法运营 48 小时。12 月 12 日已检查。
