I ate Chipotle Mexican Grill on 12/11/2018 I had a bowl containing (chicken, brown rice, black beans, bell peppers, sour cream, corn, avocado, and red salsa. 30 min later I had diarrhea and felt very nauseous and started vomiting uncontrollably. 昨天中午左右有个墨西哥卷饼碗。白米，肉饼，玉米，酸奶油，奶酪，生菜。大约一个小时后，胃开始感到恶心。然后不久之后腹泻就开始了。整晚都有寒战、胃痛和腹泻，今天腹泻持续存在。同事在那里吃了然后得到了蒸汽卷饼但没生病。以前从来没有吃过 chipotle 食物的问题，我在那里吃了很多东西。昨天没吃早餐，所以这是我系统中整天的第一批食物。

My wife and I Ate crunchy beef supreme tacos. They have the shell, ground beef with their sauce, lettuce, cheese, tomatoes, and sour cream. Time ordered was approximately 5pm, consumption by 5:30.
