I ate Chipotle Mexican Grill on 12/11/2018 I had a bowl containing (chicken, brown rice, black beans, bell peppers, sour cream, corn, avocado, and red salsa. 30 min later I had diarrhea and felt very nauseous and started vomiting uncontrollably. My wife and I Ate crunchy beef supreme tacos. They have the shell, ground beef with their sauce, lettuce, cheese, tomatoes, and sour cream. Time ordered was approximately 5pm, consumption by 5:30.
