今天，2018 年 9 月 4 日下午 3 点左右，得到了一个素食卷饼，里面有以下内容：香菜青柠米、黑豆、玉米莎莎、酸奶油、Guac、奶酪和薯条。大约一个小时后，我开始出现可怕的胃痉挛，在浴室里花了大约一个小时的时间患腹泻。感觉太可怕了。感觉也像发烧一样。

I got sick 7 hours after eating chipotle. I had half carnitas and half barbacoa black beans sour cream hot medium and mild salsa. It's the only thing I ate since last night. BEWARE!  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

2018 年 8 月 27 日吃午餐-在 8 月 27 日晚上我变得非常生气。整个 2018 年 8 月 28 日星期二，一直持续到周三上午，气氛/臃肿的感觉。伴随着腹泻和严重的腹部痉挛（上部和下部区域）。
我意识到是 Chipotle 当我丈夫的一位同事（在威斯康星州）在她附近的另一个 Chipotle 地点吃饭后也生病了。我有一个墨西哥卷饼，里面有 Barbacoa、白米饭、黑豆、pico de gallo、酸奶油、奶酪和生菜。同事吃了炸玉米饼和巴巴科亚、生菜和大米。

我有黑豆、黑米、queso Diablo、生菜、鳄梨调味酱和酸奶油的鸡肉碗。太忙了，我认为他们有新员工，鸡肉看起来确实有点毛，但我认为那只是我饿了。这项服务太麻烦了，但我明白了，因为它是在上学之前的周末搬家的。但是 3 小时后，我有这些可怕的胃痛，持续的呕吐和发烧。我去了紧急护理，他们把我送到急诊部，因为情况太糟糕了。我被诊断出患有胃肠道流感，吃了 qdoba 后支付了 qdoba 价格的 100 倍才能好转。我认为我不会再回到那里了。
