I had soft tacos with chicken, mild salsa, corn salsa, sour cream, cheese, lettuce. Approximately one hour later, I had a severe case of vomiting. I had a stomach ache and had to take ibuprofen for the pain. I called the manager and he said I could come in to report it. I plan to do so after work.  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐

Ate carne asada nachos. Did not have cheese or sour cream. Had black beans instead of refried beans. Had "Diablo" salsa and regular salsa. Horribly sick the next morning. Rotten egg smelling burps, vomiting, nausea and perhaps a bit of fever, as well. Horrible.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐, Burping

墨西哥卷饼碗配牛排，酸奶油，奶酪，pico de gallo，玉米和玉米饼。晚上 12 点至 1 点之间吃了东西，在下午 5 点 30 分之前被扔掉了。接下来的 12-15 个小时不停地呕吐和腹泻。去了紧急护理，得到了抗恶心药物，被告知非常脱水。甚至连水都没法保持下来。紧急护理没有对我进行细菌测试。

16 年 9 月 9 日星期五晚上，我吃了一个卷饼碗，里面有肉酱、糙米、香菜、黑豆、萨尔萨佛得角、酸奶油、guac 和一些奶酪。刚有水可以喝。腹部抽筋，腹泻在大约 4 小时后开始，然后是整夜的呕吐和持续的胃肠道不适。今天（第二天）我打电话给 Chipotle 与经理谈谈这件事，以便他可以采取积极措施预防更多的疾病，他声称：“嗯，我知道生病需要 24 小时... 你确定这是我们的食物吗？我门外有排队。”那是什么样的回应？？？？？？？？我告诉他我也会联系公共卫生部门，我认识的每个人都会被警告不要在这个 Chipotle 吃饭。

Ate at Chipotle , chicken bowl, brown rice , cheese, sour cream , salsa and next day got very nauseous and vomitted 3 times. Felt better after that. It came on suddenly and went away suddently. I did once see them putting a thermometer in each bin and rinsing it in dirty water each time.  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐
