I had soft tacos with chicken, mild salsa, corn salsa, sour cream, cheese, lettuce. Approximately one hour later, I had a severe case of vomiting. I had a stomach ache and had to take ibuprofen for the pain. I called the manager and he said I could come in to report it. I plan to do so after work.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting

Ate carne asada nachos. Did not have cheese or sour cream. Had black beans instead of refried beans. Had "Diablo" salsa and regular salsa. Horribly sick the next morning. Ate at Chipotle , chicken bowl, brown rice , cheese, sour cream , salsa and next day got very nauseous and vomitted 3 times. Felt better after that. It came on suddenly and went away suddently.
