I brought a protein salad around 6pm on feb.1,2018... The salad had spinach, chicken, egg, bacon, feta cheese and lite ranch dressing... I started feeling sick around 12am... Stomach was sore and started feeling nauseous... By 7am I started using the bathroom... and I'm very nauseous now...  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

今天午餐时我得到了一份切碎的沙拉，里面加了 roessire 鸡肉。它有生菜、菠菜、黄瓜、青椒、红洋葱、切达干酪丝和地铁瓶中的牧场调味料。我吃了整个沙拉。完成之后我立刻感觉不对劲。我首先想也许我吃得太多了。在完成沙拉后 30 分钟内，我正在呕吐并且有胃痛/抽筋。我下班了，我准时回家是为了腹泻。

2018 年 1 月 25 日下午 3 点之后，我访问了德克萨斯州的波士顿市场。2018 年 1 月 25 日，我吃了三件黑色混合蔬菜和奶油菠菜。奶油菠菜在边缘看起来有点干燥，所以我假设它是菠菜或家禽。我的医生解释说，要么是电子大肠杆菌，要么是沙门氏菌。下午 5 点 30 分左右开车回家感觉不好。我来到家里直接睡觉。我在凌晨 2 点左右醒来，呕吐严重，腹泻严重。现在是第二天下午 12 点 30 分左右，我还有腹泻，但呕吐已经停止。我已经整周无法接我的孩子了。我有一点光芒，我的身体全面疼痛都非常糟糕。我再也不会在波士顿市场吃东西了。事实上，我知道这是波士顿市场，因为我早上的例行也是一样的。波士顿市场是我当天唯一吃的食物。请对这个问题做些事情，让更多的人不受影响。苏格兰是一个享有盛名的地区，我永远不会想到这会发生在我身上。几个月前，我母亲去过同一个地方，她也发生了同样的事情。但是她有时会出现胃部问题，所以我什么都没想过。但这绝对是波士顿市场。真可怕！！！

我煮了一袋从克罗格购买的冷冻菠菜。吃完大约一个半小时后我得了腹泻和胃痉挛。我半夜躺下来醒来然后开始呕吐。我丈夫也在呕吐。这种情况一直持续到早上，然后我们俩都继续遭受恶心、胃痉挛和身体疼痛的困扰。我的孩子有我煮的其他食物，但没有菠菜，它们很好。
