这是一家位于亚洲 Sqaure 美食园的越南商店。
2019 年 9 月 20 日下午 1 点我吃了包含 Bánh Mì 和脆皮猪肉、春卷和越南咖啡的套餐。下午 3 点至 4 点左右开始感到不安和恶心，开始在下午 6 点以上直到晚上 10 点。我在 4 小时内抽了 4 次，直到再也没有胆汁被排出来。直到我无法直立甚至走路为止，肚子抽筋。不能再带它然后乘出租车去医院进行注射以阻止我的奶油和疾病。幸运的是，在医院呆了 2 小时观察，幸运的是不需要住院。然而，第二天和第二天继续感到非常恶心，开始发烧和腹泻 2-3 次。
最严重的食物中毒！

I ate fried rice, Beijing beef, and 2 veggie spring roll. This was the only meal I ate today as it was quite large. I ate around 6 and I became nauseous around 11 pm. I got really sick around 11:30 and was in the bathroom until all the bad food was gone. Never going there again.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

12 小时后我没吃任何其他东西后生病了。我呕吐了 13 次以上，水样腹泻超过 13 次，胃痛严重。

大约 1845 年 2 月 12 日晚上，我在高速公路对面的蔓越莓广场工作，拿起一份橙色鸡肉、ra goons 和春卷作为晚餐。回去工作了。在晚上 7 点半左右吃了春卷，然后吃了 2 个 ra goons。哪个 ra 傻瓜没有达到标准水平。晚上 8 点我开始吃橙鸡，只是咬一口鸡肉本身到 845 我的肚子不舒服，所以去洗手间了。腹泻始于弹丸呕吐。我一定已经昏倒了，因为到 2130 年我发现自己躺在浴室地板上，周围到处都是呕吐物和腹泻凳。我被冷汗弄湿了，非常头晕。不能把自己从地板上捡起来。我的一位同事在告诉她发生了什么事以及我在哪里之后来找我。由于流失了这么多液体，他们帮助我提高了生命力，b/P 为 63/30。他们给了我姜汁汽水，一个朋友有一个我能够按住的 Zofran。他们想打 911。我拒绝了，让他们打电话给我女儿接我回家。回家后再用水样凳子再进行 4 次回合。没有进一步呕吐。只有干燥的沉重和不适。今天早上我醒来时感到不适小 amt 腹泻恶心但没有呕吐。虚弱、头晕和腿抽筋。我正在喝佳得乐现在躺在床上的饼干上吸盐，虚弱而头晕。我现在不会寻求医疗救助，因为我是一个固执的护士，更糟的情况也没有结束。
