我的妻子和女儿为我们所有人带回家的食物，我是唯一一个生病的人我吃了墨西哥卷饼加鳄梨调味酱和米牛排肉，然后在结束之前我开始感到恶心
我开始头疼我感到有点头晕然后突然间我觉得热量像胃灼热一样在我的喉咙里，胸口里像胃灼热一样，然后比胃灼热还要严重，我开始呕吐，无论如何我都无法扑灭火灾，我是家中唯一生病的人

我于 19 年 4 月 24 日晚上 9 点左右在当地一家餐馆-德州 Roadhouse 吃饭。我的同伴有牛排沙朗、豆子、土豆。我有鸡肉加奶酪和黑豆（西南）。他没有症状。回家不到一个小时，我就出现了肌肉酸痛，胃部疼痛严重，气体，打嗝。不到 2 小时，我就在呕吐，有腹泻，头痛。我发烧了，发冷了-无法控制地发抖。这持续了整个晚上的大部分时间。我现在正在喝水（脱水）并试图恢复（非常虚弱，仍然有些胃痛）。我不确定这家餐厅发生了什么。，

Last Saturday this happened too in a different location. I only had the steak, chicken, and cheese, same as today and within hours I'm feeling nauseous. Last Saturday I was throwing up all night.
