在密歇根州的 Joy 和 merriman rds 在麦当劳购买的带有额外牙垢的鱼三明治.我的收据上面写着 333 号。大约是下午 6 点。从来没有这么恶心。进食后 3 个小时，胃会变得轻弹和抽筋。为了立即上厕所，然后纯净水 diareha 同时开始呕吐。很多！！！然后每隔几个小时再次进入洗手间，两端都有中毒。发烧和轻度头痛。

订购了 1 美元的爆米花虾、蛤蜊面和 12 块家庭半鱼半鸡肉饭，配洋葱圈、凉拌卷心菜和薯条。l. 我们煮得太过头了。但是尝起来还可以。我吃了虾，我以为食物有味道，然后问丈夫是否认为是这样。他不这么认为。我继续吃东西。绝对认为塔塔酱有恶臭的味道，就像它陈旧而发霉一样，鸡尾酒酱的味道非常有醋味。尝起来也像翻过来一样。我是唯一一个吃过调味料的人。但是经过几次尝试，我无法完成。它太糟糕了。9 月 5 日，我们在麦迪逊大道的地点 4-4:30 出去吃饭。今天早上我有严重的 diareaha 和胃痉挛，头痛和疲倦的感觉。我的直觉发出很大的声音。
