下午 5 点我在晚餐时吃了 chipotle，旁边有玉米饼的墨西哥卷饼碗，糙米，平托豆，很多辣酱，酸奶油和奶酪。午夜过后上床睡觉醒来时胃痛剧烈然后呕吐并在接下来的 5 个小时内出现腹泻，我终于可以按住水然后躺下了，还没尝试吃东西。
