忙碌的例行早晨。两次差事之间在 chipotle 停下来。订购了 barbaco 卷饼碗，糙米，平托豆，温和热的莎莎酱，奶酪和生菜，侧面有玉米饼。12 月 21 日下午 2 点左右吃了。是那天唯一吃的一顿饭吗？第二天类似的例行活动，没有食欲，坐下来强迫自己吃东西，立刻感到抽筋，腹部紧绷。此后出现恶心和腹泻（此声明于 12 月 23 日发布）。昨天强迫自己呕吐，希望这能使痛苦消失，但根本没有帮助。我之所以这样说，是因为目前的辣椒疫情爆发。

Had a half and half bowl with chicken and steak along with white rice and mild salsa with cheese, sour cream and guacamole. I also had a warmed tortilla with it. It was less then two hours after I ate I got really sick and have been sick for over 24hrs now.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
