3/30/16 @ 7:30pm：订购了一杯鸡肉墨西哥玉米饼和大西瓜加弗雷斯卡饮料，然后从莎莎酒吧拿了一些 pico de gallo 和 Salsa roja 与随附的玉米饼片一起吃。在收到食物后 30 分钟内吃完了几乎所有的食物。在上午 12:00（进食后 4 小时），我可以告诉胃部感觉不对劲。凌晨 3 点（进食后 7 小时），经历了第一次紧急腹泻，随后立即发生多起呕吐事件。此时，恶心和 “头晕” 以及各种中度至重度的头痛和全身疼痛也很明显。所有症状在接下来的 24 小时内持续全口径（直到 4 月 1 日凌晨 3:00），使睡眠和任何正常功能无法正常工作。到 16 年 4 月 1 日上午 9 点（进食后 24 小时），腹泻和呕吐终于结束了；但恶心、头痛和身体疼痛又持续了 24 小时。我记得曾经有过最严重的食物中毒，而且我之前在其他地方也有过几次。再也不会去 Tacos Por 了！
