我不能自信地说这家商店很干净，也不能像我过去看到的那样遵循程序，所以选择放手是因为我知道什么？... 再也不会了。我不知道是食物处理还是食物本身，但我和我的男朋友已经缩小了患病范围，因为这是我们在过去 24-36 小时内唯一经常吃的东西，因为周末很忙。

我点的是：牛排和奶酪（美式）搭配意大利香草和切达干酪，配以菠菜、黑橄榄、青椒、蛋黄酱和西南辣椒。

他的命令：金枪鱼和奶酪（切达干酪）搭配意大利香草和奶酪，配以菠菜、洋葱、墨西哥胡椒和盐和胡椒。

我们仅有的两个共同点：意大利香草和奶酪面包以及菠菜。

Ordered tuna burger. Noticed unusual metallic taste. Within the hour developed flushed skin, itchiness, fast heart rate, followed later by diarrhea. Condition improved after taking benadryl. Symptoms match scombroid or histamine poisoning.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧
