April 19, 2019 at Pala casino buffet. Just ate two 2 raw oysters Friday night. Two days later Sunday evening had three violent episodes of vomiting and Watery diarrhea over a five hour period. Had to miss work on Monday.No fever. Full recovery after that  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 发烧

19 年 4 月 24 日星期三，我参加了在阿尔伯克基会议中心举行的 Head 2 Toe 会议，吃了中心提供的每顿饭。这包括：

我的一位同事在阿尔伯克基会议中心参加本次会议的同一天也经历了食物中毒；她吃了我上面列出的所有相同食物。
