Date was 12/18, vomiting lasted about 10 hours and diarrhea about 24 hours. Symptoms were every 15-30 minutes for those first 10 hrs. Ate at 6:30 pm, symptoms began at 9:30 pm. 昨天下午 2 点 15 分，我和我的家人去了 chipotle 吃了晚午饭。我订购了鸡肉卷饼配平托豆、白米饭、玉米莎莎、酸奶油和奶酪。我去了 Home Depot 退回了几件物品，然后在 4 点去了一家家庭成员的房子。此时我开始感觉肚子里有超剧烈的抽筋。我回家后不久感觉不舒服，然后我发冷得非常严重。胃里的抽筋继续变强，然后我去洗手间呕吐并出现纯水腹泻。我还在起床，因为我整夜都在呕吐和发抖，腹泻剧烈。我甚至不能把水压下来。
