add 3,000 dollars. Antibiotics and antiparasites and almost 3 days in the hospital and two days before leaving it was my turn but they did not give antibiotics and antiparasites directly... There is certainly a problem because a doctor in a hotel is not common... In my opinion, there is a real health problem and a monetary scheme involving tourists in the hospital.

I had food at the Italian restaurant, and that evening my stomach started to hurt. I woke up multiple times in the middle of the night to do Diarrhea vibes and in the morning as well. Please be careful eating food and bring snacks with you from your local country if you want to avoid Diarrhea.

room and they told us that it was the room we reserved and it wasn't they told us they could not change it until Tuesday, and it was Sunday. Went to dinner that night got on the tram to go and he stopped at the steak house and I stepped off with one foot and had one foot still on and he took off with me hanging off the side of the tram if had not been for my husband and everyone holloring he would have run over me. I went to the office to report these and the head woman there and told me that they were not responsible for anything that happened to anyone staying on their Resort, she wanted to know it I got his name and I told her that he took off.
I asked her even if was your employee who caused it and she told no, they were not responsible. She was very rude and nasty .On Tuesday, they moved us to another room, went in put suitcases on other side of room and my husband layed his phone on the night stand and called me over to look at it and it was covered with bugs. I called the front desk to inform them and they told me they knew it. I told them why would you put someone in a room that is infested with bugs and they said the whole building was infested and that we would have to leave for up to 1 hour so they could spray, and then we could come back. The day before we left I started feeling sick. When I got home it was really bad. Went to the hospital 3 times for dehydration. I had parasite, and E-coli. I was sick for 7 months. It was bad. I found out that you can get the parasite from the pool, the water at the beach, the shower, and the water which you think is ok to drink which is filtered is, BUT the ice isn't filtered. I also drank the water from the restaurant and had a frozen drink by the pool. Also I tried to check to see if it was the pesticide they were using making me sick and they would not tell me what it was. I contacted the Resort to let them know how sick I had gotten and contacted AM Resorts n Barcelona, Spain numerous times which is owned by H10 and they would tell me that someone would contact me and noone did. I just want to let them know what was going on there before more winded up sick or worse. It's ashame that people have to die to get someone to listen about these places. I hope that someone will finally step in and get this solved for everyone, especially the ones who have died. This is so sad that it had to come to this. to her and then ordered the same meal for himself. My daughter became violently I'll in the middle of the night through the next day. She had a fever as well and fainted at one point. The hotel doctor came to our room and told us she must go to the hospital. We were charged for that visit 300 dollars. My husband then paid for a cab and paid 2500 dollars for an overnight hospital stay for our daughter who received fluids and medicine. She was very weak the rest of our vacation and is still scared to eat meat out. It was a very scary experience for us.

This is a voluntary recall that comes after we discovered the issue through monitoring of the Primal Kitchen warehouse. It was noticed that avocado oil had leaked in shipping containers.
Products included in the recall include 750mL Primal Kitchen Avocado Oil with an individual package UPC of 8-5523200719-4, Case UPC of 108552320071910000 and a “Best When Used By” date of 19 Aug 2025 through 21 Aug 2025.
No other sizes, formats or batches are affected by the packaging issue.

I started experiencing intestinal cramps. Then, when we got back to the hotel, the nausea started. That's when my spouse told me she had been feeling ill as well. She was the first to vomit and I followed there after. We struggled to finish packing for the morning flight. We only had fluids in the form of water and apple juice for the entire journey. She only experienced nausea, intestinal cramps and vomiting. I on the other hand had all the symptoms including chills, nausea, intestinal cramps, vomiting, fever and diarrhea. My condition gradually improved, and three days later I'm back to normal.
