- comments: observed no handwashing signage at the hand sink located in the front kitchen preparation area. Instructed to keep handwashing signage posted at all handsinks throughout establishment.

- comments: observed no chlorine or quaterary chemical sanitzer being used at the three compartment sink while dishes were being washed. Priority violation 7-38-025. Reviewed proper sanitation methods. Citation issued.

- comments: wiping cloths must be held in a clean container with sanitizing solution between use.

- comments: observed clean utensils being stored hanging above the dirty wash basin of the three compartment sink. Must properly store in a clean area.

- comments: observed pots to big to be washed , rinsed, and sanitized at the three compartment sink. No written procedure for the method above. Must provide.

- comments: observed piled wood, construction material, cardboard boxes throughout the rear walk way to garbage and garbage area. Must remove and maintain premises clean.
