It all started Saturday April 16th, I was heading back home and decided to go to Altoona before I head back home and get chipotle. Normally i eat at the one in state college but decided Altoona was going to be closer and less busy due to the events taking place in state college this last weekend. I got my normal bowl with rice, black beans, chicken, pico, corn, sour cream cheese and lettuce. Nothing different. Felt fine coming home went to bed. I woke up Sunday morning about 7 am feeling like I was going to be sick to my stomach. Came back and laid down and with in 10 mins I was back in the bathroom throwing up. I threw up Sunday about 12 times throughout the day. Went to the emergency room and immediately was seen. I was dehydrated and was still throwing up. My stomach felt like someone was stabbing it from the inside. After spending 6 hours in the ER, the doctor said I had food poisoning and was more likely ecoli. I never thought twice that I'd get sick from my favorite restaurant. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting

Ordered 3 meals Sunday evening about 7, went home and ate, started feeling strange. Started sweating, both my son and I were in the bathroom all night and this morning with diarrhea, vomiting and stomach pains. The Spanish Agency for Food Safety and Nutrition (AESAN) has reported a possible presence of plastic fragments in frozen mushroom croquettes from EROSKI, ALTEZA, and BON PREU brands. Mancha, Castilla y León, Catalonia, La Rioja, Madrid, and the Basque Country. Following the discovery, the manufacturing company has initiated a product withdrawal from the market and has informed all its customers.

The detailed information provided by AESAN indicates that the contaminated products are:

- Brand: BON PREU
- Lots: 40111 (best before date Dec-25), 31122 (best before date Oct-25), and 40124 (best before date Dec-25)
- Product appearance: 350 g bag

- Brand: HIGHNESS
- Lot: 31108

Consumers who have these products at home are advised not to consume them and return it to the store where it was purchased. The issue was discovered through the Coordinated System for Rapid Information Exchange (SCIRI), which received an alert notification from the health authorities of Catalonia.
