I believe I got sick from TJ organic arugula with a use date of 12/23. I had it at home with left over salmon I had the previous day. Ate at approximately 7 pm and had terrible stomach pains, diarrhea and was throwing up at approx 11… Voir plus

I was sick (nausea, vomiting, diarrhea) all night after eating beef-arugula dinner served in First Class cabin on IAH-PSP flight 5869 on 17 December. Ate no other foods and traveled alone so I don't know if it affected anyone else.  | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Nausée, Vomissements

Ate bacon jam, arugula salad, half duck entree half trout entree, sweet potato pound cake at about 9pm. At 2am I woke up sweaty with chills and nauseous. 10 minutes later I had diarrhea and also threw up. Right now I just have horrible cramps. I had a salad for lunch and nothing since. Arugula, quinoa, chickpeas, carrots, cabbage, sweet potatoes, and cilantro lime dressing. No bread. Horrible cramps.
