I ate the spinach salad with chicken (however they did not put any spinach in my salad they used arugula lettuce. I felt nauseous a few hours later and vomited/diarrhea all night and into the next day. Had dinner at above said restaurant at 5.15pm on 28th November 2018. Feeling nauseous and having diarrhea approximately 3.5 hours later (8.45pm). No other food was consumed after the dinner. Had an Acai bowl with maca, granola, spinach, chia seeds, fresh strawberry and banana. Also had a green juice around 10:30am. Began feeling lethargic and nauseus around noon.
