Pizza Order Mix-up Sickens - Papa John's, Jersey City New Jersey

Yesterday I ordered a small cheese pizza with extra sauce, ate 4 slices, and within about 3hrs I had 4 episodes of vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal pain, nausea, and chills. I hadnt eaten anything since that morning so I knew it had to have been the pizza. I noticed my pizza had remnants of onions and peppers although I hadn't ordered any toppings. Now I wonder what else my pizza had been contaminated with. Also, the employees at this particular Papa Johns were a bit rude when I had gone there in the past to pick up an order. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills
