Taco Bell
Ate Taco Bell at work and within two hours was nauseous and had abdominal cramps. Then developed chills, followed by multiple episodes of vomiting. Diarrhea started about 30 minutes after the vomiting. Experienced these symptoms for three days. I have a wife and two daughters who were all around me for the three days that I had these symptoms; none of them got sick so I know it wasn't just "a stomach bug." | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Chills
