We are at the Fantasia Hotel now. And have not left the compound all holiday. I've been ill for 2 days and just as I'm feeling a bit better my wife has gone down with the same vomiting/diarrhea symptoms Most likely the buffet food No  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Nausea

Thirty people with vomiting and diarrhea between October 24 and 28, 2024 in this hotel. The symptoms are very acute and sudden (vomiting and diarrhea accompanied by chills and/or aches) but never last more than 24 hours. No one knows if it's food poisoning or a virus/bacteria.
